We obviously really hope that you are happy with your purchase from Foxology, but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery for full priced items, and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging.

If you have received an item as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state this clearly on a note when returning.
  
Christmas Returns
Christmas 2019: 31st January 2020 is the deadline for any Christmas gift refunds or exchanges.

All items purchased online or instore from 1st November 2019 can be returned until the 31st January 2020. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.  

UK Returns

We aim to process exchanges and returns as fast as we can but please allow us plenty of time during busy periods. In these periods the process can take up to 2 weeks.
  
International Orders

We do not offer free international returns at the moment, but there is an extended returns period for our international customers. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Exchanges
If you need to exchange all or part of your order and you are not in a hurry, simply return your order with a note requesting your exchange and we can swap this over for you once we have received it back, as long as we have it in stock.

If you are in a rush for your product, then place a new order and return what you don’t want to keep. When exchanging in this way, please put your new order number in the box provided on the returns form, and any postage you paid on your new order will be refunded.
